Project Coordinator

Core Responsibilities:

Napollo Software Design is currently recruiting a Project Coordinator to work on-site at our Lahore, Bahria office. The person should be energetic and self-motivated and has the experience of getting the work done on time while ensuring quality standards and meeting all customer requirements. The candidate should have strong communication skills and must have a strong understanding of freelancing platforms

Core Responsibilities:

  • Taking complete ownership of the project from conception to finished product
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings and distributing minutes to all project team members
  • Manage all projects and create visibility with their status and timelines on contemporary project management tools
  • Liaise with internal teams or partners for estimates on new projects or requirements
  • Organize & conduct ad-hoc client meetings in coordination with line managers and prepare action items
  • Understand customer requirements and document them for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure project requirements are clear, verifiable & all stakeholders are in sync to ensure work is delivered as per customer expectations
  • Keep track of action items derived from these meetings and coordinate with required stakeholders to get the job done
  • Create sprints in coordination with the tech team or partners and set timelines to ensure the project is delivered on time with quality
  • Identify and report issues found during quality assurance and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve the issue
  • Close project deliveries and conclude handover with clients

Must-Have Skills:

  • Understanding of e-commerce industry trends and top customer management systems
  • Able to organize & manage projects on project management tools like Trello, Asana, etc.
  • Candidate should be professional in nature and takes ownership
  • Strong command of the English language, both verbal & written
  • Organized and able to handle pressure
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Attention to detail is a must


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree


  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience is preferred
